Digital healthcare provider Kry lets patients talk to a doctor without having to visit one in person. Instead, patients can book a real-time video consultation on their mobile or tablet. Kry was in the midst of fundraising, but growth in Sweden was stagnating. Kry was operating with a scattered agency landscape that included 5 different agencies in 4 markets. In addition, the person managing those agencies had just gone on parental leave.
Project A’s Marketing team stepped in for 7 months to support Kry in this critical phase. The team consisted of 1.5 FTEs (Marketing Project Lead, Head of Acquisition, SEA Manager).
With improved marketing measures in place, Kry was able to conduct 23% more video consultations. A 14% decrease in cost per first video consultation was achieved with 180% ROI.
