Digital healthcare provider Kry lets patients talk to a doctor without having to visit one in person. Instead, patients can book a real-time video consultation on their mobile or tablet. Kry was in the midst of fundraising, but growth in Sweden was stagnating. Kry was operating with a scattered agency landscape that included 5 different agencies in 4 markets. In addition, the person managing those agencies had just gone on parental leave.

Project A’s Marketing team stepped in for 7 months to support Kry in this critical phase.  The team consisted of 1.5 FTEs (Marketing Project Lead, Head of Acquisition, SEA Manager).

  • Conducted a deep analysis of the digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, Search, DV360, Snapchat, UAC, ASA) and identified opportunities for growth
  • Put together documentation of existing channels, events, apps
  • Resolved tracking issues for Google Ads accounts
  • Facilitated account structures and optimized all digital channels in Sweden
  • Analysed and improved agency relationships in 4 markets including agency consolidation and inhousing
  • Standardised reporting, KPIs, reports, and creative processes across 4 markets
